HONOR South Africa has announced the upcoming launch of the HONOR 400 and HONOR 400 Pro. These new models deliver an unparalleled AI photography experience with outstanding durability. Featuring a powerful 200MP AI Camera, the versatile AI Creative Editor, a robust 6000mAh battery with 100W HONOR Super Charge and a next-level 5000nit Ultra Bright Display, the HONOR 400 and HONOR 400 Pro empower

Impressive 200MP AI Camera
To provide users with an exceptional photography experience, the HONOR 400 and HONOR 400 Pro is equipped with a groundbreaking 200MP Ultra-clear AI Camera System. With a 1/1.4-inch large sensor, f/1.9 aperture, and both OIS and EIS dual stabilisation, it delivers incredible detail and clarity, even in low-light conditions.

 

Driven by the advanced AI HONOR Image Engine, the HONOR 400 introduces industry-first features, including 50x telephoto shooting capability using the main camera. With AI Super Zoom, users can frame stunning natural or urban landscapes from afar, with a focal length range of 15x to 50x.

 

·        AI Image to Video, co-developed with Google Cloud, transforms still photos into dynamic video using Google’s Veo AI model. It brings motion to life with realistic interpretation. Videos export in MP4 or Moving Photo formats (16:9 or 9:16), with five-second clips taking only a minute to generate. This feature is free to try until 31 August, with up to 10 uses daily at no cost.

 

AI Creative Editor
The HONOR 400 and HONOR 400 introduces the unmatched AI Creative Editor, offering a suite of intelligent features to bring creativity to everyday photography. These include AI Erase passers-by, AI Image to Video, and AI Upscale.

·        AI Erase passers-by which remove unwanted crowds or background distractions with a tap, letting users capture serene or iconic scenes without interference.

·        AI Upscale restores damaged or faded portraits by eliminating scratches and enhancing clarity – ideal for reviving old family photographs.

The HD Moving Photo feature captures three-second live moments in vivid detail, perfect for cinematic social posts. HONOR also introduces the Moving Photo Collage – a unique feature that lets users combine 2 to 9 moving images into one seamless, dynamic story. The HONOR 400 and HONOR 400 Pro launching soon.
